i’m going to offer my truthful review of better help treatment i just finished last week and i opted for about a month and a half i would say so because of covid um treatment has been moved online and betterhelp has been doing online um treatment for a while and especially throughout covent i believe it’s truly important to deal with everything in a healthy way um from an expert similar to exercising your physical body working out your mental health i guess you might state is really important um like they state if you were to let’s state get a cut on your finger you have to clean it put a band-aid on it perhaps and like much like protect it and recover it and all people have like little cuts or like issues or just things you have to repair in general about yourself so i just believe in treatment in general um need to be normalized um it should not simply be for somebody who has a mental illness everyone just has things they can work

than dating somebody but anyways that’s like a completely different off tangent but you do need to get in touch with your therapist so when i did have my previous therapist i did not feel like we linked she was remarkable therapist that does not challenge anything however i just don’t seem like we linked she um i simply could not open up to her completely i just felt like she was evaluating me even though she probably wasn’t but i simply really required to find someone that was really like that i just felt so comfortable with and open with and you need to feel comfortable with this person um i never ever saw the bad reviews of betterhelp however perhaps it was since they didn’t have a therapist.
