i’m going to offer my honest evaluation of better help treatment i just finished last week and i opted for about a month and a half i would say so because of covid um therapy has actually been moved online and betterhelp has actually been doing online um treatment for a while and particularly during covent i believe it’s really essential to manage everything in a healthy way um from an expert just like exercising your physical body working out your mental health i think you might say is truly crucial um like they state if you were to let’s say get a cut on your finger you need to clean it put a band-aid on it maybe and like much like secure it and recover it and all people have like little cuts or like problems or simply things you have to fix in general about yourself so i simply believe in therapy in general um should be stabilized um it should not simply be for someone who has a mental disorder everybody simply has things they can work
