i’m going to give my sincere evaluation of better help therapy i just finished recently and i chose about a month and a half i would say so because of covid um treatment has been moved online and betterhelp has been doing online um therapy for a while and especially throughout covent i think it’s really important to manage whatever in a healthy method um from an expert just like exercising your physical body working out your mental health i guess you might state is really essential um like they say if you were to let’s state get a cut on your finger you need to clean it put a band-aid on it possibly and like much like safeguard it and heal it and all people have like little cuts or like issues or simply things you need to repair in general about yourself so i just believe in therapy in general um need to be stabilized um it should not just be for somebody who has a mental disorder everyone just has things they can work
