i’m going to give my sincere review of better aid therapy i just finished recently and i chose about a month and a half i would say so because of covid um treatment has been moved online and betterhelp has actually been doing online um treatment for a while and particularly during covent i believe it’s truly essential to handle everything in a healthy method um from a professional similar to exercising your physique working out your mental health i guess you might say is truly important um like they say if you were to let’s say get a cut on your finger you have to clean it put a band-aid on it perhaps and like similar to protect it and recover it and all of us have like little cuts or like problems or simply things you need to fix in general about yourself so i just think in treatment in general um should be stabilized um it shouldn’t just be for somebody who has a mental disorder everybody just has things they can work

than dating somebody but anyways that resembles a completely various off tangent but you do need to connect with your therapist so when i did have my previous therapist i did not feel like we linked she was amazing therapist that doesn’t reject anything but i simply do not feel like we connected she um i simply could not open to her completely i simply felt like she was judging me even though she most likely wasn’t however i just really needed to find someone that was really like that i just felt so comfy with and open with and you have to feel comfy with this person um i never ever saw the bad reviews of betterhelp but possibly it was because they didn’t have a therapist.
