i’m going to give my truthful review of much better aid therapy i just ended up last week and i opted for about a half and a month i would say so because of covid um therapy has been moved online and betterhelp has been doing online um treatment for a while and particularly throughout covent i think it’s actually crucial to manage everything in a healthy way um from an expert similar to exercising your physical body exercising your psychological health i think you might state is actually important um like they say if you were to let’s say get a cut on your finger you need to clean it put a band-aid on it possibly and like similar to protect it and heal it and all people have like little cuts or like issues or simply things you need to repair in general about yourself so i simply think in treatment in general um need to be normalized um it should not just be for somebody who has a mental illness everybody just has things they can work

than dating someone but anyways that’s like a completely different off tangent but you do have to get in touch with your therapist so when i did have my previous therapist i did not feel like we linked she was incredible therapist that doesn’t reject anything however i simply do not seem like we linked she um i just couldn’t open up to her completely i simply felt like she was evaluating me although she probably wasn’t but i just really needed to find somebody that was truly like that i just felt so comfy with and open with and you need to feel comfortable with this person um i never ever saw the bad reviews of betterhelp but maybe it was because they didn’t have a therapist.
